Jo Quail – Five Incantations 2020 vinyl release (album – mix/rec)

In 2016, I’ve had the pleasure of flying to Gdansk in order to record and film a unique concert performance of electric cellist Jo Quail with the choir and orchestra of Cappella Gedanensis. The recording + mix has now also ended up on the 2020 vinyl re-release of Jo Quail’s highly acclaimed album ‘Five Incantations’ and fills the entire Side-D. The album, its printing, pressing, the text and the artwork makes without a shadow of a doubt the most beautiful vinyl I own and a testimony to the artistry of Jo Quail.
